I mastur bate regularly, but I don't finger myself. I have tried to do it so many times but once I start to, it hurts and I can't get it in.
Q.
Okay, first of all I don't want to see a doctor because my mom would have to take me and I don't feel comfortable talking to my mom about this stuff. I am also too shy to talk to a doctor about this, especially face to face. I am 14 years old (I'll be 15 in about 2 months) and I masturbate regularly, but I don't finger myself. I have tried to do it so many times but once I start to, it hurts and I can't get it in. Also, I am currently on my period (I've had it since about 2 weeks after I turned 12) and I want to use tampons really, really badly because I hate pads. I try to use tampons and that hurts as well. I'm really scared. I've heard what you wrote about the hymen but I am still really scared. I want to be able to finger myself really, really, really badly because I don't like it when my boyfriends aren't able to do it because I'm "scared"! Finally, I want to shave my pubic hair but I have a lot of it and I don't want to wax or cut myself. I do shave my bikini line, but lately I've been getting red dots around the area where I shave and then it hurts when I shave again. How can I prevent the dots and shave without cutting myself? Please help! SOON!!(how do i finger myself)

Sometimes it’s difficult to put a finger in your vag-ina, particularly when you are not sexually excited (when you’re excited, your vag-ina creates it’s own lubricant, which makes it wet and slippery). The vag-ina is a stretchy passageway which can stretch enough to fit a baby through and a pe-nis can easily fit. When you’re scared or nervous, your body naturally tenses up, including the muscles in your vag-ina, so it’s difficult to be able to fit a finger or tampon in.

To make it easier to insert a tampon, try a little lubricant (like KY jelly or something similar) (how do i finger myself)on the end of the tampon. This will make the tampon easier to slide into your vag-ina. Start by using the lowest absorbancy tampon to suit your blood flow (don’t use a “super” tampon if your flow is very light). Make sure you wash your hands before and after.
When you are fingering yourself or someone else is, it’s important to remember that you need to take it very slow. Make sure that before you insert a finger into your vag-ina, that you are feeling excited and that your vag-ina is wet and slippery. You could also use a little lubricant around the entrance to your vag-ina or on your finger to make it even more slippery.
It’s quite common to get little red dots in your pubic and bikini area when you shave. It’s a very sensitive area. When you shave, the end of the hair grows back with a blunt edge (pubic hair is quite coarse), so it sometimes has to “push” through a very fine layer of skin before it reaches the surface. Quite often, the skin around the hair follicle gets a little red and sore (infected) when it grows back. Some people find that if they wax or use depilatory cream they don’t experience the redness so much. When you wax the hair grows back with a much softer edge, so you don’t experience so much redness (unless you get an ingrown hair!).(how do i finger myself)
